TRANSPORT TO ARAGON FROM POLAND AND GERMANY

Content and service availability:

TRANSPORT

This price is only for the transport of your motorcycle and baggage to Track Day at Aragon only (not includes Jerez).

Pick up point in Germany is 97508 Grettstadt.
Pirck up points in Poland are Warszaw and Wroclaw.
Motorcycles should be presented at least 2 weeks before the event to the pick up points. Only the most necessary things should be packed.

Exact place and date of pick up, will be sended to the participants before the event

Transport price is two ways.

LUGGAGE

Luggage included in the transport price:

- motorcycle;
- 1 soft bag (overalls + helmet + clothes);
- 2 motorcycle stands;
- 3 tires;
- 1 x 20l canister (EMPTY);
- 1 small folding chair (not a deckchair);
- 1 bag or small box with spare parts or tools;

PLEASE NOTE THE LUGGAGE LIMIT! For EVERY additional piece of luggage there is a fee of 50 EUR.

Races

There will be no races at this event.

Lap timing

Lap timing is mandatory for all participants. Additional fee of 45 EUR for 3 days event per person is applied.

Tyre service

Tyre service is provided by our partner SMO. Prices are set by service provider. If you want to contact SMO, please follow the link https://smo.net.pl

Boxes

One box costs 230 EUR/day. A place in the collection box costs 50 EUR/day. The box is big enough to park 10 bikes. Boxes will become available in the evening before the event. Reservation is available in My events menu after logging in. You will see this button only after we receive the payment for this event.

Food

There is a coffee shop at the racetrack. There you can have foot and beverages.

Photos

You will be able to purchace pictures of service provider at the racetrack.

Insurance

It is mandatory to have travel health insurance that includes motorsport coverage.
